Performance analysis and control of a novel 7‐level active neutral point clamped (ANPC) topology

چکیده
This paper introduces a novel 7-level active neutral-point clamped (ANPC) switched capacitor multilevel inverter (SCMLI) with voltage-boosting capabilities. The proposed converter can produce seven levels and voltage boosting of 1.5 times single dc source. For the voltage, two self-balanced capacitors link neutral point are used nine switches. controlling output level-shifted modulation technique modified nearest level control is used. performance evaluated both techniques. operation SCMLI design for circuit discussed in detail. topology eliminate leakage current has reduced stress across switches which makes it suitable solar photovoltaic applications. compared some other recently introduced converters terms gain, number components used, verifying circuit, experimental simulation results presented paper. closely agree theoretical studies. total harmonic distortion (THD) efficiency
